Can you deliver my rentals?
Delivery service is available for orders over $400.00 in rental value or greater (before delivery & tax). Cost is based on location and time request.
You may request the dates of delivery and pickup. You may also request a 4 hour time window between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. While we want to accommodate all requests, the frequently high volume of deliveries requires us to manage the order of our stops in such a way that we can serve all our customers in an efficient manner and at a reasonable cost. When we reach our expected capacity, we may need to deliver during the days preceding the requested time or pickup later than desired. Events that require exact time, after hours, or same day round trip service will be charged additional fees.
My event is not on the ground floor. Is this okay?
Standard delivery and pickup charges are for tailgate service (50ft from the truck bumper). Additional charges will apply for any steps, elevators, ramps, or significant distance that must be navigated at the event venue. Customers are asked to advise us, in advance, of any anticipated challenges so that we can quote the proper fees and budget the necessary time and labor to accomplish the job without jeopardizing our service to others.
Do you setup and breakdown the rentals?
Some items that require assembly by our experienced installers; such as tents, stages and dance floors, include the setup and take down in the rental fee.
For an additional fee, set-up and take down service can also be arranged for tables, chairs and a few other items. Arrangements for this service must be made in advance, as it is subject to the availability of labor.
How do I place an order?
Equipment can be reserved only upon receipt of a signed rental contract and a 50% payment (on orders over $300). Full payment is required on orders under $300.
Final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to delivery and installation. If you are wanting to book an order that is due to deliver within 2 weeks, full payment is needed.
How do I pay for my order?
Our accepted forms of payment are Master Card & Visa, as well as checks (must be 2 weeks in advance of order delivery or pickup), and cash. All counter pick up customers are required to provide local state identification, and a credit card (not debit card) that matches the local identification.
Can I cancel my order?
Customer cancellations must be made at least one week or seven days prior to scheduled delivery or order pickup to receive a store credit (example: A Saturday delivery must be cancelled the prior Saturday or before to receive a store credit). No credits will be given for cancellations after this period. Once rentals are delivered and accepted by the customer, even if inclement weather follows there will be no credit.
Are appointments needed?
We recommend appointments for all counter order pickup and drop-offs to ensure we have staffing available.
We also are happy to schedule appointments for our showroom. We do ask that you have a quote done with us prior to scheduling an appointment.
